Insurance participation varies based upon which office you are visiting.  Please call and we will happily answer any questions that you may have regarding participation in your plan.

 

Please keep in mind that although we may be in-network with your plan, your plan may have limitations regarding procedure and diagnosis.  Many traditional plans have exclusions regarding developmental disabilities.  Predetermination is strongly recommended prior to the start of any therapy program. Our office will happily check on your benefit prior to your visit and will spend the time to review any out-of-pocket costs that may apply.  Please keep in mind that although we try our very best, no plan will guarantee payment without a thorough review of the claim.  Supporting documentation from your medical doctor is always helpful when attempting to establish "medical necessity".
